-Check contract and Section 32 Vendors Statement to ensure
everything is in order
-Perform a title search and apply for all required
certificates
-Prepare all transfer documents
-Liase with your lender and Vendor’s representative
-Prepare statement of adjustments
-Arrange and attend settlement
-Organising lodgement and stamping of title documents for
registration if required
-Notify relevant authorities of the change of ownership
(eg council, water provider)
